Review assignments for your team(s) and solve conflicts as team. Go to the Assignment Board.

1: Select Resources View

2: Create filters for all resources and specific teams as learned before. Keep in mind that you need to create an assignment first to see a project or resource in the filter selection boxes.

3+4: Identify overload and underload (by color): Ted Cody has overload, Tina Test and Moe Grammer have underload in our example.

5: Switch to Resources > Projects view.

Negotiate re-assignments with Co-Team Leaders and Project Managers to balance load.

1+2: Identify fragmented assignments for a resource. Try to concentrate assignments by project and / or by period. In our example Moe Grammer can take over the tasks of Ted in the customer dev project.

3: Find new tasks for underload resources like Tina in our example.
