Check if your team(s) worked as planned. Check budget consumption of assigned projects per week. Discuss with your team(s) if planned differs from actual work.

1: Go to the Assignment Board - switch to Analytics.

2: Toggle between Projects > Resources and Resources > Projects view.

3+4: Identify projects which have negative / positive diff(erence) values. In our example the team worked 8 hours over plan (3) and the week after 10 hours less (4).

Check with team members for root causes for these differences.
