1Default capacities for ressources (for Creation of Capacities)

2: Default configuration for timeline of Assignment and Analytics Boards:

  • Weeks to display: Number of displayed calender weeks on Assignment Board
  • Analytics weeks to display: Number of displayed calender weeks on Analytics Board (use less weeks to improve performance on bigger Boards)
  • Analytics timeline offset: Offset that shifts the displayed timeline to the past (as usually the past weeks are of interest for users of the Analytics Board).

(Glühbirne) Example: If you configure 4 weeks to display and -3 as offset, the current week is the starting point for the Analytics view.

3: Configure access permissions:

  • Managed Groups: Users of the configured group(s) are allowed for selection in the user fields below
  • Assignment / Absence / Capacity Groups or User: This will be configured via JIRA Permission Schemes / Global Permission (see below). For existing installations, there is a migration task that will copy the current group settings from Plugin Configuration to the JIRA Global permission.

4: Assignment and Analytics Board Colors and Thresholds (set colors and thresholds for each level)

5: Export activity log to MS Excel for each Board

(warning) JIRA Board Integration can be switched on and off, default setting is on.

Feature toggles:

  • Board integration: JIRA Board Integration can be switched on and off, default setting is on.
  • Using Labels can be switched on or off: select if Jira users and / or labels for users are used, select if Jira projects and / or labels are used (issues from jql is not yet supported)
