Add post function to transition

When adding a post function, select Create resource capacity (AIM's Resource Management)

Add parameters to the function

You can select custom fields for all available input fields.

Capacity start date: A custom field for the capacity start date - Date Picker
OPTIONAL: If not provided the due date of the issue will be used as the start of the capacity

Capacity end date: A custom field for the capacity end date - Date Picker
OPTIONAL: If not provided the resolution date of the issue will be used as the end of the capacity

Capacity user: A custom field for the capacity value - User Picker (single user)
OPTIONAL: If not provided, the issue reporter will be used

Daily values: Each Weekday can be specified by a custom field for the capacity value - Number Field
This field must contain the value to distribute in hours, decimal places will be cut concept driven.
Optional: If not selected, the current default in AIM Resource Management administration will be used.

Overview

After adding the configuration to the workflow the function shows a summary what the configuration has saved.
If you only stayed with the default by not selecting a custom field, the default will be shown here.

Absence end date: A custom field for the absence end date - Date Picker

possible values: VACATION,SICK,TRAINING,PUBLIC_HOLIDAY
OPTIONAL: The type vacation is used as default if you do not use a custom field

Absence user: A custom field for the absence value - User Picker (single user)
OPTIONAL: If not provided, the issue reporter will be used

Absence value:A custom field for the absence value - Number Field
This must contain the value to distribute in hours, decimal places will be cut concept driven.
Optional: If not selected, the current available hours in the time frame will be calculated.

possible values: PERIOD,WEEKLY
Optional: If not selected, the given value will be distributed over the whole period.

Assignment value: A custom field for the assignment value - Number Field
This must contain the value to distribute in hours, decimal places will be cut concept driven.
Optional: If not selected, the current available hours for the given user will be calculated.
